Make It Yourself: Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate

Hi everyone!
This month we are going to make Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate at home. This is a simple recipe with the main technique to learn is time.
The ingredients are minimal, the equipment are few, and the results are better (and cheaper) then anything you will find at your local coffeehouse.
Let's make some coffee!
Ingredients:
Ground Coffee 1/2 - 1 cup / 42 - 84 g
Water 2 - 4 cups / 473 - 976 ml
Equipment:
1 - 2 Mason / Screw-top Jars 16 - 32oz. / 473 - 946 ml
Pour-over Drip Coffee
1 - 2 Coffee Funnels
1 Spoon
Scale (Optional)

DAY ONE: Prep Work

Add your desired coffee amount to the jar. Pour over with water and stir.
Place in the refrigerator for 8 - 12 hours. You can even leave it 24 hours for a stronger flavor.
That's it!!!
DAY TWO: Concentration Formation
Onto the "brew". You first want to set-up your station. If using a paper coffee funnel, you want to pre-soak it with water. That will remove any paper dust and bits and will also allow more concentrate to filter through.

Place the funnel in the Pour-over maker and line it with the surface. Give your coffee container a quick shake, then gently pour-over into the funnel.
The coffee concentrate will slowly filter through the maker, so you can set this up and leave it be on the counter until all the liquid has passed through.

You now have your own, homemade Cold Brew coffee. Use it to make your favorite lattés, mochas, or something now entirely.
Cold Brew at home costs a fraction of the café and you are in charge of the flavors and ratios.

Once the coffee has stopped filtering, gently squeeze out the filter over the maker and discard.
This can be tricky the first time you try it, but it is worth it to get every last drop of coffee.
